Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot yarimo‘tkazgich materiallari va sturukturalarida tokning avtotebranish hodisasini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Biz avtotebranishning nazariy asoslarini, paydo bo‘lish mexanizmlarini, turli omillarning avtotebranish parametrlariga ta'sirini va ushbu hodisani amaliyotda qo‘llash istiqbollarini ko‘rib chiqamiz. Tadqiqot natijalari tahlili va muhokamasi ham keltiriladi.
