CONCEPTUAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF THE AKMEOLOGICAL APPROACH IN CONTEMPORARY EDUCATION

Abstract
Modern education requires the development of the student’s personality not only knowledge, but also its creativity, initiative and ability to make independent decisions. This article analyzes in depth the role and methodological foundations of the acmeological approach in the formation of such qualities. Acmeology is a scientific approach that leads a person to the peak of maturity, through which the Student finds his “Acme”: that is, he strives for the highest stage of professional, intellectual and personal development.
Through the introduction of acmeological principles into the pedagogical process, the article opens up ways to form the skills of independent thinking, self-management, leadership and creative activity in students.
