DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE AND WALL MATERIALS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article explores the development of technologies for producing lightweight concrete and wall materials in the climatic and economic context of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The research highlights the advantages of lightweight concrete—its reduced density, high thermal insulation capacity, and ability to improve structural and energy efficiency in buildings. Comparative analysis of autoclave and non-autoclave curing methods demonstrates differences in strength, production costs, and energy consumption, emphasizing the feasibility of both approaches for industrial and small-scale production.
The study integrates international experience from leading construction industries in Germany, the USA, Japan, China, and Russia, focusing on innovations such as 3D concrete printing, nanomodified mixtures, digital process control, and the reuse of industrial waste. The availability of local raw materials, including cement, lime, quartz sand, perlite, fly ash, and metallurgical slag, provides a solid foundation for sustainable domestic production. The implementation of advanced technologies and the use of local resources are identified as key factors for enhancing energy efficiency and promoting environmentally friendly construction in Uzbekistan.
