Abstract

This article analysis examines the characteristics of functional indicators of the urinary system in women of reproductive age living in the northern regions of Karakalpakstan. The study focuses on physiological, environmental, and socio-economic factors influencing renal function and urinary health. Particular attention is given to the impact of ecological stressors, including water salinity, climate conditions, and nutritional factors, on key indicators such as glomerular filtration rate, urine density, protein levels, and electrolyte balance. The findings highlight regional deviations from standard physiological norms, suggesting adaptive and pathological responses in the urinary system. The analysis underscores the importance of early diagnosis and preventive healthcare strategies to improve women's reproductive and overall health in ecologically challenged areas.
