METHODS FOR EFFICIENT ELECTRICAL ENERGY MANAGEMENT BASED ON SMART GRIDS

Abstract
This article provides an in-depth analysis of methods for efficient electrical energy management based on the Smart Grid concept. The limited control capabilities of traditional electric power systems, high energy losses, and challenges in integrating renewable energy sources necessitate the implementation of Smart Grid technologies. Within the research framework, the main components of Smart Grid systems are examined, including smart metering, bidirectional information exchange, automated control systems, as well as real-time monitoring and analysis mechanisms. The article evaluates the potential for improving energy efficiency through the application of digital technologies and information and communication tools in the processes of electricity generation, transmission, and distribution.
