OPPORTUNITIES CURRENTLY PROVIDED FOR TEACHERS

Abstract
This article analyzes the opportunities currently being created for teachers, their professional development, the system of professional training, benefits provided by the state, and the conditions for applying modern pedagogical technologies. In the process of modernizing the education system, the role of teachers, reforms aimed at developing their professional competencies, and innovative approaches are scientifically highlighted. Additionally, opportunities to improve the quality of education through enhancing teachers’ social status, providing financial incentives, organizing professional development courses, and introducing international experience are examined. The research results show that favorable conditions created for teachers are an important factor in increasing the effectiveness of education and training competitive personnel.
