Abstract

This article analyzes global and national experiences in improving corporate governance systems, various methodological approaches, and different perspectives on evaluating corporate governance systems. The primary objective of the article is to contribute to the formation of a scientifically grounded and practically applicable unified methodology for the comprehensive assessment of the management system within Uzbekistan's corporate sector. Furthermore, it aims to develop recommendations for utilizing assessment results to enhance corporate governance and facilitate informed investment decision-making.
