Abstract
This article systematically studies theoretical, practical and technological approaches in the field of financial planning and forecasting. The study analyzed international and domestic scientific works, as well as studies in the context of Uzbekistan, Russia and Islamic finance. Financial forecasting models (ARIMA, GARCH, VAR, Random Forest, LSTM, Transformer & Hybrid) were compared, their accuracy, description and practical application were shown. Also, the impact of technological approaches and artificial intelligence on financial planning and risk management was discussed. The article confirms the importance of financial planning in economic efficiency, resource management and strategic decision-making and provides practical recommendations for the economy of Uzbekistan.
